Sign up and authorize us
Create your account with Google, enter the details your pharmacy uses to identify you, and e-sign a pickup authorization naming Liyfe Transpo as your authorized pickup.
Let your pharmacy know
Tell your pharmacy that Liyfe Transpo is allowed to pick up for you. We give you a printable authorization letter to make it easy.
Request a delivery
When your prescription is ready, place an order, pay the flat delivery fee, and we'll pick it up and bring it to your door.
Flat fees by distance.
Distance is the driving distance from your pharmacy to your door. Every 10 miles is one tier, and each tier is the same flat price. A small service fee is added to every order, the same no matter how you pay.
Pay with credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay. Your pharmacy copay is separate and is paid to the pharmacy.

Who do you work for, me or the pharmacy?
You. When you sign up, you hire Liyfe Transpo and sign an authorization naming us as your authorized pickup. We aren't hired or paid by any pharmacy, and we're not a pharmacy ourselves.
What information does the pharmacy need?
Pharmacies usually identify you by your full name and date of birth, and sometimes your phone number or address. We collect these during sign-up and give them to the pharmacy only when we pick up for you.
Do I have to tell my pharmacy about you?
Yes. Pharmacies decide who they release prescriptions to. Call or stop by and say Liyfe Transpo is your authorized pickup, or bring them the printable authorization letter from your account. Some pharmacies have their own form, and we'll help you with it.
How does the copay work?
Your copay goes to the pharmacy, not to us. Most pharmacies let you pay over the phone before pickup. If you have no copay, just tell us. If you're not sure, choose "I need help" when you order and we'll call you.
Can you pick up controlled medications?
Some, depending on the pharmacy's policy. Tell us when you order, and we may need your signature or ID when we hand it over.
Can I cancel my authorization?
Yes, any time from your account. We stop picking up for you right away.
